Into our ServiceNow solutions team we are looking for a Support specialist and consultant for ITSM tools.

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • creation and maintenance of customer data based on the requests,

  • application support of ITSM tool as part of incident and problem management,

  • consultations of ITSM tools for external and internal customers,

  • seeking for improvements, standardization and automation of routine work.

We are looking for:

  • communicative and customer oriented colleague,

  • who has basic knowledge or awareness of ITSM tools,

  • experience or basic knowledge of ITIL processes,

  • knows basics of IT infrastructure,

  • Is able to decide independently and quickly and likes to be member of a team,

  • and her/his English is on good level in oral and written.

As an advantage we appreciate if you have:

  • basic knowledge of SQL and/or JavaScript

  • experience with ITSM systems (ticketing systems) like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.

  • deeper knowledge of ITIL processes or you are ITIL v3 Foundation certified

  • experience with CMDB
